I was born October 9, 1961. At the age of 9, I asked my mother to teach me about the guitar she used to play, so she showed me the 7 basic chords.

At that time, I had two older brothers who listened all day long to the late 60s and 70s music of ELTON JOHN, THE BEATLES, LED ZEPPLIN, GRAND FUNK, YES, JETHRO TULL, JANICE JOPLIN, CREEDENCE, BREAD, CAT STEVENS, CHICAGO, CROSBY STILLS AND NASH, THE CARPENTERS, JAMES TAYLOR, CARLY SIMON, and THE BEE GEES. So I did, too.

All these songs were "THE MUSIC" for me. There was NOTHING else in my world. Suddenly, tragedy touched my family, losing my beloved older brother, MITO, the one who brought all these songs into my life. He crashed in a BONANZA A36 plane doing aerobatics, what he liked to do most.

After that very sad day, my family began spinning downward, losing almost everything including the family business, happiness and even faith. A long, long story.

My heart started to know what pain was, touching the very bottom for many years. All my dreams were left behind. Survival was first. This gave me a strong need to find answers, to express myself and THE NEED to grow up as a man, a man for LOVE. GOD is fair, He never takes more than you can face. He invited me to seek the answers in the music.

Music was the way I found to connect again to faith and love. Music about GOD's help and trust. Everything is nothing but a great opportunity to get closer to what I think we really are: souls growing in an eternal life.

So E H CONNECTED was born.

From there, I started to write and compose. And then... I decided to record these songs...but I had to face some very discouraging issues. FIRST, I am a writer/composer and business man, NOT a singer; SECOND, although my mind and heart are US shaped, I live in a SPANISH country. What a complicated situation, but I did not surrender.

I decided to do what I love the most… to trust in GOD and to keep moving forward with the project. I worked hard, looking for the right vocalists to join a QUARTET, also a couple of musicians and a good sound engineer to put everything together.

For the voices, I wanted 2 girls and 2 boys. I found them. Two of them spoke the very basics of English, the other two spoke no English at all. But the one thing we all had was enough: goodwill.

So, with the BIG HELP OF GOD, we started recording. And the results of it are on the CDs that are being released.
